Positive Mental Attitude | How Positive Health Beliefs Influence Health

Taking into consideration what you’ve learned in these last few videos, you can hopefully appreciate how important it is to maintain a positive mental attitude and positive health beliefs.

The thoughts, emotions, feelings, attitudes, and self-talk you choose to express all have a direct impact upon your health.

If we look at self-talk, emotions, feelings, and attitudes, we can see that all of these are connected to your thoughts. What you think affects all these other areas which influence healing and health.

So what makes a thought a powerful catalyst for healing and good health?

In a single word, belief.

 

Your Positive Health Beliefs Are Powerful

There is a difference between a thought and a belief.

A thought is an idea that’s produced by thinking, whereas a belief is accepting that idea to be true.

A belief is a thought that you reinforce and amplify with such great energy that it becomes the reality within your mind.

And beliefs significantly affect you because of the powerful messages those beliefs send to your healing system and every organ and cell in your body.

If you maintain a positive mental attitude, and positive health beliefs that are healthy and life-affirming, they can reinforce and amplify your body’s ability to heal itself.

If the beliefs you hold to be true are negative, unhealthy, and life-negating, they can interfere with your body’s ability to heal itself and can even be damaging for your body and health.

And if you continue to give energy to a certain thought, over time, having an unshakable belief that this thought is true, changes that thought and belief from being the reality in your mind, to being the reality in your life.

Your mind will create what you program it to create. First within your mind, which will then manifest that reality into your life.

 

How to Use Positive Health Beliefs to Improve Healing and Health?

Whatever your healing and health goal may be, select a positive health belief that supports your goal of improving your health.

Create an affirmation such as “My body is strong, my body is healthy, my body is healed, and The Source continues to heal me with Love.”

Make your affirmation more than just a thought, make it a powerful belief that you accept to be true. And no matter what, refuse to entertain any negative thoughts or beliefs that go against your positive affirmation.

Make this belief a mental affirmation, write it down, read it every day, repeat it to yourself both out loud and silently within your mind, repeatedly, and continue to do so regularly until this belief becomes so predominant within your mind that it becomes your only mental reality.

And when it comes to your daily habits and routines, don’t do anything that goes against the belief you have set within your mind, and reinforce and amplify your positive health belief with everything that is considered healthy and healing.

 

Every Word Has an Energy Attached to it

Now many people may gloss over this and not fully appreciate the power of words.

If you could see the thread of energy that’s attached to your thoughts and words you would be very careful with the thoughts and words you chose to express.

Every single thought and every word you express is a powerful prayer. And the energy of prayers manifests, somewhere, sometime, and in some form, always.

And that manifestation happens around you and it happens within you.

Be aware of how you program your mind at all times.

Remember that every word is a prayer and every word has an energy attached to it. So be mindful of what mind programming you expose yourself to with music, tv, media, and people.

If there are negative influences in your life, consider surrounding yourself with more supportive influences that support your positive mindset.

 

How to Turn A Negative Situation into a Positive

And if there are negative influences in your life that you cannot escape, you can at least change your perception of those negative influences and see them as a means of training to help you develop and grow.

When you take a negative influence and you give it a positive purpose, you change how that negative influence affects you. Remember that, because that one sentence can change your life.

You can even attach positive, healthy, and life-affirming beliefs to all the negative people in your environment and the things you surround yourself with.

Provided you keep yourself safe, you can look at the negative energy people send towards you as a means of helping you maintain peace and love within, no matter what’s happening in your environment.

And that’s a good way of helping you come to realize the degree to which other people control how you think and feel.

Your mind is exceptionally powerful and maintaining a positive mental attitude and positive health beliefs can create real positive changes with your healing and health.

My body is strong, my body is healthy, my body is healed, and The Source continues to heal me with Love.

Make that affirmation a belief that’s part of your life so it’s ingrained within your whole heart, mind, body and being.

Nurture, support, and reinforce this positive belief in every way you can and in time that belief will become more than a mental reality.

It will become your physical reality too.
