How to Develop Mind Focus | Learn How to Focus Your Mind

If you want to learn mind focus one of the best ways to learn how to focus your mind is by shadowing the professionals and thinking like a pilot.

Aeroplane pilots have one of the most challenging and dangerous jobs in the world and a pilot is responsible for the lives of hundreds of passengers.

Because of this, pilots undergo rigorous training to ensure they are both mentally fit and psychologically capable of dealing with highly stressful situations.

The psychological assessments pilots undergo are some of the most thorough and intensive examinations that you will find in all the worlds professions because if something goes wrong, a pilot has to remain cool, calm, and collected, so they can analyze what’s happening in front of them, become aware of the problem, and apply the solution.

When pilots are trained they receive a form of mental training that helps them program their minds to be in a success-orientated mode. So if a problem arises they are mentally and psychologically prepared to deal with it.

If a problem arises, pilots must be able to focus their full attention and thought processes on creating action-orientated behaviours that create a positive outcome.

 

Learn to Focus Your Mind 100% Like a Pilot

A pilot is psychologically trained so that no matter what problem arises in their flight, they are 100% focused on finding a solution, and applying that solution.

When a problem arises in the cockpit absolutely nothing else matters to the pilot but finding and applying an action-based solution that will create a positive outcome to whatever problem arises.

If a pilot were to entertain negative thought processes this could contribute towards creating a negative outcome and for a pilot that’s simply not an option.

A negative outcome could cost the lives of the pilots and their hundreds of passengers.

Of all the stages involved with piloting an aircraft the most challenging stage is during landing. And it’s during this landing stage that a pilot’s action-orientated solutions come fully into play.

For every landing, a pilots mind must be 100% focused on a very specific sequence of thoughts that entertain the specific decisions and actions required to ensure a safe and successful landing.

Every single thought a pilot entertains during landing must be 100% focused upon the specific action-orientated behaviours required to ensure a safe and successful landing.

 

You Don’t Have Room for Negative Thinking

There is absolutely no room for any negative thinking of any kind when the pilot is landing a plane. There is no room for entertaining negative thoughts that could produce a negative outcome because, for a pilot, that negative outcome could be tragic.

By entertaining any negative thoughts, the pilot would be distracted from focusing on the positive thoughts and actions required to land the aircraft.

So where am I going with this and what do pilots and landing have to do with Reiki and healing?

When it comes to your own health and healing, similar to how a pilot must focus their full attention and thought processes on creating action-orientated behaviours that create a positive outcome, you must be able to focus your mind on what is required to produce a positive outcome rather than a negative one.

How you use your mind plays a pivotal role in determining your health and well-being and when it comes to your health negative thought processes also have a disastrous effect upon every aspect of your body and being.

There is no room for entertaining negative thoughts that could produce a negative outcome with your health and well-being.

Just like the pilot, you need to focus your mind on the action-orientated behaviour that will create a positive outcome for you.

 

What You Focus Your Mind on You Give Energy To

Now I know this can be a challenge. And I know there are some of us that have health conditions that are life-altering and conditions that leave us with constant pain or concern.

I include myself in that group. But you absolutely cannot focus your attention on creating negative thought processes that contribute towards creating a negative outcome.

Because what you focus your mind upon, you give energy to. And if that energy is reinforced with negative thoughts and intentions, that energy you’re creating and sending to your problems becomes a negative energy.

And when your negative energy flows into the health problem you focus it upon, you amplify that health problem with more and more negative energy.

By focusing your full attention and thought processes on creating action-orientated behaviours that create a positive outcome, you will be in the perfect frame of mind to help you remain cool, calm, and collected, so you can analyze what’s happening in front of you, become aware of the problem, and apply the solution.

And what you will find in many cases is that the solution to your problem can be found by simply changing how you think.

And if you have a health problem that has no solution, your change of thought and energy will at least help you to make peace with that health challenge.

And that one change you create within yourself can create profound significant changes for your health and your quality of life.

 

Your Body Thrives On Positive Thought Energy

Focusing on illness, disease, and suffering are mental distractions that create negative outcomes. Whereas your body, health, and well-being thrive and heals on the positive energy of your thoughts.

So just like a pilot, when it comes to your health, focus your mind and energy only on positive outcomes. Believe that a positive outcome is possible for you.

And then act on that belief without allowing any negative thought processes to distract you from creating that positive outcome.

Because a large part of your health and well-being is determined by how you choose to think.
