Feeling Reiki | How to Feel the Energy when Performing Reiki
Hello, a very warm welcome to you and welcome to video number 1.
Now, I filmed this short video to help those who have already learned Reiki and who may be struggling with feeling Reiki when they’re healing or channelling.
So how should you feel when you’re channelling energy?
Now I can explain this best with an analogy.
Imagine the wind is gently blowing on your body and imagine what it feels like when you’re feeling the wind gently blowing against your body.
When you feel the wind, blowing on your body, you’re feeling using your whole body and most importantly, there is no force, or effort, on your part.
You’re just aware of the feeling of the wind on your body.
Feeling Reiki is similar to feeling the wind gently blowing against your body.
It’s best to be relaxed, calm, and peaceful, and just feel the energy when it connects with your body without force and without effort.
And when you heal like this and you experience the energy using your feeling, rather than forcing the energy using your mind and your will, your heart and body opens more to the energy, the energy flow increases, and you allow the energy to work much deeper, and more efficiently.
Now you know how to feel Reiki, if you’re struggling feeling Reiki every time you channel, just relax, smile, and use your whole body, to just feel the wind.
